Complimentary Pick Up From Mae-Haad Pier
We offer free transfer from Mae Haad Pier between 08:00 AM – 05:30 PM.
Please confirm the following details at least 24 hours in advance:
• Arrival date

• Boat company
• Number of guests
Sairee Cottage Resort kindly requests all guests to observe the following policies to ensure a safe and pleasant stay for everyone. All rooms are strictly non-smoking. Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas provided by the resort.
Bed types are fixed per room category and cannot be changed.- All reservations are room-only, and meals are not included in the room rate.Our restaurant is open daily from 08:00 AM to 10:00 PM, offering a wide selection of breakfast, Thai, Western, seafood, pizza, BBQ, and more.
- The room rate is based on the registered number of guests only. All guests must be registered at reception upon check-in.
- Third persons or unregistered guests are not permitted to stay overnight. If an unregistered person is found in the room, an additional charge of 1,000 THB per person per night will apply.
- Any unregistered stay will be at the guest’s own risk, and the resort will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or incident.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Guests are kindly requested to respect this policy, as many of our guests are divers who need to wake up early. Loud noise, music, or disturbances during this time are not permitted.
- The resort is not responsible for lost or stolen money or valuables left in guest rooms, public areas, or vehicles.
- A safety deposit box is provided in every room for your convenience.
- Security Deposit at Check-In2,000 THB security deposit (cash only) is required at check-in.
- Credit card pre-authorization is also accepted.
- The deposit will be returned at check-out, provided no damages or outstanding charges occur.
Payment Full payment is required on the check-in day. Stay Extension

Cancellation & Amendment Policy
LOW SEASON (Stays between 1 May – 30 June and 1 September – 20 December)
• Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival: Full refund
• Cancellations made 15–29 days prior to arrival: 50% charge of total booking
• Cancellations made within 14 days prior to arrival: 100% charge (no refund)
• Booking amendments are allowed one (1) time only, subject to availability.
• If the new dates are not available, the original booking dates will remain valid and no refund will be issued.

HIGH SEASON (Stays between 1 July – 31 August and 20 December – 30 April)
• Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival: Full refund
• Cancellations made within 30 days prior to arrival: 100% charge (no refund)
• Booking amendments are allowed one (1) time only, subject to availability a
No-Show Policy:
If the guest fails to arrive on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice, the reservation will be considered a no-show. In such cases, the resort reserves the right to charge 100% of the total booking amount and no refund will be provided.
